Vintage 10 Cent U S Postage Stamp Dispenser Machine with Keys

Approximate size: 15"hx6"x5, Approximate weight: 8.95lbs. Comes with 2 keys that I had made at a Locksmith. Comes with 1 weight, 3 Rubber feet are missing from the bottom. Tested and it does work although the levers are a bit stiff. Pre-owned Scratches/Rust/Marks/Dents/Dings/Missing Paint/Wood base has cracks.
