Very Rare' 1917 Chicago, ILL, Otis Postcard with Washington 1 Cent Green Stamp

These Stamps and Postcards are all quite rear and in good condition for their age. Some of them have some scuffs and/or minor scratches from use or display.

Please examine photo's well for the item condition and flaws. Most of my items are received from estate sales. I do not always know the history behind each item-or-whether or not it was a smoking home.
