US Stamp Scott #914 Mint, Original Gum, Never Hinged PSE Graded GEM 100. This is what a perfect stamp looks like. There is certification on file with PSE. The validity of this stamp description and grading can be checked by going to the PSE website and putting the identification no 01106001 into their grading verification window. This grading was done in 2007 and the encapsulation was the way it was offered at the time. It is done differently now. This is a perfect stamp. One of the potential buyers told me it was "too good to be true". But it is true- and is a beautiful stamp.
