The paint is mostly intact despite its age. The key to open the dispenser does not come with it and the right coin mechanism doesn't work. The left coin mechanism works fine.

There are objects in the dispenser that rattle when you move it. Since there's no key it's unknown what's in there. Dimensions are 7 x 5 x 13 in.
