The majority of the stamps used are from 1892. The stamps are crafted into the form of an eagle on a limb and are embellished/detailed in part with ink. Donated during the Great Depression to a local Fraternal Order of Eagles F. Bought at an antique mall in Newport, Kentucky in 2017 by the current owners.
Frame measurements - Outside 44.25 inches wide X 38.25 inches high; glass 33.75 inches wide X 27.35 inches high. Stamps include 1 cent, 2 cent, 3 cent, 4 cent from the late 1800s and some foreign stamps. There may be later stamps but the vast majority and maybe all are from the late 1800s.
